If you all ingat some entries from 2025, aku merupakan the first batch of TNG Top Talent Program. Sebuah program yang dianjurkan oleh the company, khas untuk staff yang achieved pointer baik, consistently for at least 2 consecutive year. These group of staff, 25 kesemuanya start our journey back in May 2026, where we went to Asia School of Business for Leadership Masterlass, and later a 3D2N TNG Leadership Bootcamp di Port Dickson pada bulan September 2026 dan kemudiannya bersambung dengan a series of mentorship consultation every month sampailah ke tahun ni.
So, event semalam merupakan our last hurdle - Capstone Project Presentation dimana kami diminta untuk present a business proposal, be it new business initiative, or system enhancement, or process improvement. Cumanya semuanya must have impact to the business - could be new revenue stream , or cost-saving measures. Ada lima group yang terlibat kesemuanya.
Event bermula tepat jam 2.30 petang, dengan presentation oleh group pertama. Dan berakhir dengan group terakhir iaitu group aku.
Well to be honest, personally that was my worst-ever presentation since 2016. Aku tak nak cerita apa yang jadi petang tu, cuma nak cakap "shits happened, and I moved on...". Dia punya frust tu, sampai terus ke toilet. Haha.
Dalam jam 4 petang, all group has presented their proposal. And guess which team yang menang the Capstone Project. It's our group!! Back-to-back win yaw! (we won the mock presentation earlier during PD Bootcamp)
Special thanks to Joey, Atikah and Isabelle. You guys memang the best and again, sorry for my part earlier. Apa yang kitorang dapat tu? Ada lah. Huhu
Lepas tu ada Graduation Ceremony where each of Top Talent dianugerahkan certificate dan juga exclusive jacket (yang aku pakai tu). Nanti ada gambar formal from event ni, aku akan share here. Around 5pm event was concluded, and so do our journey in this program. Pheww, it's done.
April. What a month. 2 minggu lepas honored in Promotion ceremony, and now officially acknowledged as TNG Top Talent 1st Cohort.
P/S: Terngiang-ngiang beb memori time presentation tu. It will haunt me for the rest of my life.
