Kisah AKU n TNG Promotion Celebration Day 2026 @ CCEC

Assalamualaikum,

Malam ni suka aku nak share satu event berkenaan dengan career milestone aku di TNG ni. 

Semalam 11 April merupakan TNG Promotion & Recognition Day, satu event untuk meraikan staf-staf yang promoted for FY2025 performance, dan aku salah sorang daripada penerima anugerah ini. Since event ni semi-formal, aku modestly wear brown shirt paired with dark blazer with of course, that James Brooke-pin. Huhu

Event berlangsung di Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), sebuah venue yang terletak berhadapan office kami di Bangsar South. 

Ada max 2 people yang kita boleh bawa, dan for this time, I brought my wife. Hari tu ada tanya dia on tak nak join since ada kelas online, aku pun takdelah nak paksa since alternatively ada plan nak bawak mak ayah jugak. But a week before majlis, katanya kelas boleh missed tapi moment macam ni tak boleh miss. Huhu. Ye lah tu, cakap lah missed class boleh tengok recording. Haha

Makan dulu. Time ni ada doubt sikit, tengok beberapa promotee lain tengah rehearse speech, ada yang baca dekat phones. Aku pulak memang tak sempat nak prepare since ingat nak spontan je. Tu yang tak lalu nak makan. Haha

Sekitar jam 2 petang, majlis berlangsung dengan ucaptama from CEO TNG, Mr Praba dan later bersambung dengan upacara penyampaian plak penghargaan kepada staf-staf yang terlibat, dimulakan dengan Technology Division yang mempunyai seramai 8 promoted staf. Kemudiannya, bersambung dengan B&G Division, dengan 2 promoted staf termasuklah aku...:-)

Untuk B&G, aku merupakan penerima yang pertama. Ni time remarks from my direct superior, Mr Mugilan untuk performance dan contribution aku kepada TNG, khususnya kepada Parking business. Sorry gambar potato since screenshot from video. nanti ada gambar proper aku tepek sini.

Bergambar bersama the bosses - our CCO, Mr Jason dan juga Mr Mugilan. 

Diberi masa seminit dua untuk berucap. As promised, it's purely spontaneous. Tapi main point still delivered - acknowledgement to the Management, bosses, colleagues and most importantly kepada keluarga dan to wife for all the support.

Yup, that's all the hard work, late night etc. FYI, ni merupakan promotion aku yang kedua sepanjang berkhidmat di TNG. 2023 - promoted from Senior Executive to Assistant Manager, and now 2026, ascended to Manager. Still can't forgive company lama aku, four years of service with no promotion despite all the achievement. Pfft.

Majlis bersambung dengan other division - Finance (4), Operation (5), BMMC (2) and HR (4). Dalam jam 4 petang, sesi penghargaan concluded with one last photos of the promotee together with TMC and direct superior.

The trophy belongs to my wife too untuk her support and to ensure things run smoothly at home. Huhu

Kat luar ada photobooth, so memang tak lepaskan peluang bergambar dengan orang-orang penting yang contribute untuk kejayaan ini. Yang pertama sekali, of course to my beloved beautiful wife, that anchoring me during all the difficult time - keep things balance at home during my absence dan all the late nights.

Of course, aku tak lepaskan peluang bergambar bersama the CCO, Mr Jason and Director - Parking & Transit, Mr Mugilan of which their guidelines contribute a lot to my performance.

Sempat bergambar dengan the other promotee from B&G, Hooi Yin from Sales Ops.

Last but not least, with our visionary CEO, Mr Praba that helm the company during tough time of post-Covid era, and later the stability era and now - an aggressive TNG.

Sambung makan since event habis jam 5pm. Kali ni baru boleh makan. Haha. Dah tak nervous sangat. 

Dalam jam 5.15pm, we left the hall. Sempat berjalan dekat dalam Nexus ni, nak cari Latte sebenarnya. Bukan selalu berdating dengan wife berdua. Thanks to my sister-in-law, Hafsah yang datang from Damansara to take care of the kids. 

So that’s the wrap for a fairly long entry.

Accomplished? Of course.
